Adolescence can be a trying time in a person’s life. This stage of development can be ripe with pressure to fit in with peers and perform well academically, all the while experiencing a number of physiological changes that can also bring about stress. Some adults also have problems battling the symptoms of a mental health or behavioral condition.

TREATMENT PLANS
Treatment plans, of which are initially formulated at the time of admission in the program, detail every element of care implemented and goals that are worked towards while an adolescent receives care with us.
Treatment takes place in outpatient setting via Telehealth which includes, our Main office, the on school campus or in the comforts of the child’s home, in a spacious, bright, and welcoming environment designed to elicit tranquility and true healing. Furthermore, various treatment methods and modalities are utilized within our outpatient program so as to ensure the most positive treatment outcomes.
The following treatment methods are those that are woven into each youth’s care in this program:
Individual Therapy
Family Therapy
Group Therapy
Trauma - Crisis Therapy
Psycho-education Groups
Substance Abuse Treatment
Education on Psychotropic Medications
Intensive Case Management
Medication Management Services
The above beneficial services are facilitated by The H.O.P.E. staff of qualified professionals, of which is comprised of Board Certified Psychiatrists, Licensed Professional Counselors, therapists, case managers, nurses, substance abuse counselors and therapists, and medical consultants. These professionals conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of each patient’s needs and are able to offer ongoing support and guidance as the therapeutic process is navigated.
Additionally, we work with the child’s Teacher or ARD Team to meet the educational needs of the youth in this program. These services are coordinated with each young person’s respective school so that academic achievement is not stunted while receiving advantageous mental health treatment.
The overarching goal of this program is to stabilize persons so that mental and behavioral health issues are appropriately treated in the most efficient manner possible. In doing this, we hope that the patient or client who come to us for care can then move on to a less intensive form of treatment and resume life equipped with useful skills that can benefit for a lifetime.
